Power Flushing From £150
Power flushing is a cleaning process which aims to remove deposits of sludge, rust and any other debris from your central heating system.
These contaminants, if left unattended to, can seriously affect the efficiency of a heating system and in severe cases a power flush is the only option available to fix the problem.

Our travel time
Our fuel
Or congestion/ULEZ charge.
Our London Power Flushing Services are from the following rates per hour, inclusive of VAT:
£150 minimum charge on Power Flushing work, then in 15 minute units.

Power Flushing estimates can be provided upon request and are free for existing customers.
Power Flushing fixed Prices are inclusive of VAT and can be provided either verbally or in writing upon request before we start work.
Commercial Boiler & Gas Safety certificates are charged at our hourly Rates as listed above.
Material collection for non-stock Power Flushing items is kept to a minimum and we will not exceed 45 minutes of the current hourly rate for that trade
Power Flushing materials are charged at Trade Prices plus a 25% mark up and are inclusive of VAT.
Our Power Flushing invoices are digital (hard copy available upon request) & show a full description of work, including times & a full breakdown of materials & labour.
Our Power Flushing insurance reports are charged at a nominal £50 inclusive of VAT which is redeemable against the future work.
